Prior to joining Calyx Law in 2021, Sudheer worked in the headquarters of a leading international law firm as a technical advisor. There, he supporting patent drafting and prosecution in a variety of technical areas including across the food, biotech, and technology industries. He has also helped clients to assess infringement risks and review validity issues, and has performed patent due diligence.
Before transitioning into patent law, Sudheer earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry. He has extensive postdoctoral research experience studying new carbon-carbon bond-forming reactions, as well as the biosynthesis of lignin.
